“I needed to have the trim around my garage doors replaced. Custom Exteriors was recommended to me by a friend. I went to the office and was able to schedule a representative for the next day. He arrived exactly on time. In viewing the job, he made excellent suggestions and was patient, efficient, and extremely helpful. I was in no hurry for work to be done and was very amenable to having work performed with minimal notice. Scheduling took a bit of extra time because the colors we had chosen were not available although Custom Exteriors tried several sources. Once again, the rep patiently helped me choose a suitable color. When the work was scheduled, the office said the two employees would arrive at 730. Next morning, at exactly 730, the two excellent, friendly, efficient employees were here. I asked questions and they patiently and kindly endured my curiosity. I asked what time they might be finished. They responded they would be done about noon. At 11:40, they were finished, everything was completely cleaned up! I would recommend Custom Exteriors, including all employees without reservation!”
