Dr. was thorough and knowledgeable. But was told by staff I would have to wait two weeks for frames to come in. They called me a month later to tell me they came in. They sent frames and prescription in. Told me that they would put a rush order in because I waited so long. Normally takes two weeks for this. Waited another month before I got the call saying they just came in. Went to clean lenses three days later, and the right lens came out. I put it back in, and this happened a few times. Took them back in. Was told the screw was stripped. They fixed, gave them back and were crooked. Lady went to readjust them and lens popped out on her. Lol. Dr. Price is always so kind & caring. She welcomes every customer with a smile & is very passionate about giving the best care she can. She keeps her skills & equipment up to date with the best. Also, Sandy - one of her many "right hand mans" is absolutely great!

Exceptional! She went above and beyond for an eye contact problem I was having while I was on vacation. Answered all my questions, calming and caring. Helped me find a doctor out of state that could help me. Will always recommend her. Exceptional! 10 out of 10!
