Owner was able to order flooring I wanted that she didn't carry (thankfully there was enough; it's been discontinued!) Once worked started demo on old floors, they found a tougher demo job underneath and worked hard to get it done. Moved furniture for us and put it back when job was done. We plan to have carpet installed by them in the near future! Only wish I'd known level of dust involved :) first crew brought plastic to cover things, second crew did not.

JDB helped us replace our floors after water damage, and working with Sierra was great! She was friendly and personable, as well as flexible to assist when unexpected issues occurred. What could have been a long, disjointed and tedious process went much more smoothly in the end. The crew they sent out was super efficient, and their work was superb. I definitely recommend this company, and we would work with them again.

Extremely helpful, answered all questions in a timely manner, the floors look phenomenal! I will only use them. Next they will be remodeling my kitchen with new cabinets, countertops and flooring. I can't wait!!!
