I want to like this salon but if they are really busy, they do not listen and do what you ask. I wanted an actual manicure with dip nails. I reiterated this a couple of times. All the tech did was use the drill around my cuticles. That is NOT a manicure!
The last time I was there I chose a dark purple color and the powder looked brown; I told the tech this. He told me it was because he hadn’t put the reactor polish on. Wrong. My nails were brown. I didn’t want to waste any more time there, so I didn’t speak up.

If they are really busy, they rush and I’ve left with my nails being uneven, sloppy paint, etc.

This is my first time writing a review, but this business deserves it. I scheduled an appointment for 12 but they didn’t get me in until about 12:25 due to how busy it was (it’s a Friday at noon and prom is tomorrow) which is why im understanding about the wait. But they took around an hour total to do my nails and did a good job matching my inspo picture. Very happy with it only taking an hour despite having designs.

If you visit when it isn't their busiest time, this place is great. I have gone to many nail places in Greenfield, and Greenfield Nails is the absolute best! My Nails are always done great, look natural and last a long time. Felt they were rude at one time, it was busy then, and stopped going for a few months. My Nails never looked or felt good, so I decided to go back! Glad I did, my Nails look and feel great! My nail tech was sweet and really nice! I will continue to go there!
