We recently brought my dad for a hair cut and beard trim on a Wednesday morning. I explained to the stylist (Isabel) that he recently had a stroke and may not be able to communicate thoroughly. She was so patient and careful with him. She made sure he was happy with his service. I felt bad for standing by her, but hope she knows it was to make sure he was ok and help if needed. We really appreciated the great attention to detail she had to his hair and how gentle she was. She didn’t rush and made sure he was comfortable the whole time.
I brought my 2 boys in on a busy afternoon. They had just sent a coupon in the mail, so extra busy. We signed in online, once checked in at the store we were back in 5 minutes. Cindy and Lynn were the stylist. I honestly can't say enough good things about them both. Even though the store was busy, and people had to stand to wait since no seats were available. Cindy and Lynn still took time with my kiddos. They asked them what they wanted to do with their hair, and showed them how much 1,2,3 inches off would be. They were patient and calm. I typically don't leave reviews, but just felt like these two ladies needed to be recognized on this day! Thank you ladies!
