I was referred to Rick by another water softener company that had come out to my house but wasn't able to fix my issue. Rick came out the same day I called him, and he was able to identify and fix my problem like a pro! My water softener system was not pulling the brine from the salt tank and the part that was broken caused loss of suction. I am grateful that he kept at it till there was a resolution and was priced fairly.
