Six weeks with Kim and I have lost 15.8 lbs and 9 inches! Kim is very knowledgeable, patient, kind and encouraging. This is a no pressure gym. It doesn't matter what level of fitness you are at, you will feel comfortable from day 1.
I started the 6 week Jumpstart Program because I needed to do something about my health and also knew I needed help to do it! This program was wonderful and I've had great results. I always felt comfortable with Kim and she is always there to encourage me through the workouts and offer guidance when needed. The program itself is easy to follow and covers nutrition as well as fitness. The gym itself is very clean and laid out nicely. Give it a try! You won't be disappointed!
Tri Force has been a wonderful atmosphere to focus on my health, and fitness, being small, and personable, just what I was looking for! The 6 week jump start program, really gave me the confidence, and knowledge from coach Kim! She was instrumental in care, and concern for my personal needs, not to mention patient, (as I'm a reformed smoker).I highly recommend Tri Force Fitness, if you want an awesome personal experience for your physical/mental/ health, and well being!!!
