Professional and clear communication is one of the highlights of this office. I have been taking my dog here for ten years. I appreciate their email reminders for upcoming wellness exams, procedures, or parasite preventatives. The veterinarians show empathy for my pets and treat me with respect when I have questions.
I work in small animal vet med but use them for our large animal for the past 8-10 years. They are always kind, compassionate, and quick to the farm if needed. Dr. Jenny O, Dr. Jennifer H, Dr. Sarah R, and Dr. Miller have all helped us at some point with the horses or our 4H sheep. They always give options to best fit what we need. First had I know that veterinary medicine can be hard days, so I ALWAYS appreciate their time and care. The support staff I've talked to or met have also been great and on top of things. Thank you all for what you've done for our farm family.
I was referred here by a friend when my adult son got a puppy. They were very caring with the puppy and answered all my questions since I'm the one who brought the puppy in. Since the initial visit the office staff have been very friendly and helpful as things have come up with the care of the puppy.
