“Charles came by recommendation to me, and I'm so glad I took the advice to use his services. It was Friday morning and my husband had spent hours under our kitchen sink the night before trying to remove an old kitchen faucet. That should have been a straight forward job. But it wouldn't come out.
I called and Charles had an opening. He came over that morning and quickly identified that the screws holding the old faucet in were stripped out. No way it was coming out easily. A couple of minutes with the saw-saw and a professional move or two later. My old faucet was toast.
Charles installed the new one, tested it all out and I was so, so pleased.
