My car had completely broken down and needed a new engine and radiator. It broke down a year ago, September 2024. I had taken it to other shops, but none of them could figure out what was wrong with the engine. When I brought it to Jone’s Garage, Dan and his crew quickly diagnosed the issue and got right to work. They performed an engine swap and replaced the radiator, and the turnaround was impressively fast. The prices were 1000x better than other shops. My car is running great thanks to their expertise. I truly appreciate the professionalism and skill they showed. Thank you Dan and your crew!
They spent more time trying to get us out than trying to fix our problem. (I get it i guess, its a big rv) Spent about a week trying to get it 'running' but never actually solved the problem that it was brought in for. And some questionable cosmetic damages and somehow mud on the rear when it was on gravel? Could've been a towing incident but it's whatever. Engine still flooding as they didn't touch the carburetor although they did put alot of effort into diagnosing the ignition system it was extremely expensive for the labor. Despite that they were knowledgeable and do alot of research too
Shipping us one thing which they have to control on. As for grading them please explain how that's possible when you just now get their product. Don't you think you should be asking this 3 to 6 months from now ? After all at this point it's all about the shipping which they had no hand in. Ask me later by then I'll know how they did if the part and service become a problem.
