However, others have had issues with stylists not understanding their requests or rushing through the cut. The staff has shown kindness, helping a customer in need by bringing them food. Overall, Great Clips has both skilled and helpful staff, but inconsistent service quality.

It's was a decent experience I have been here before and came out extremely happy but it seems this time the girl that did my hair didn't understand what I wanted and also rushed through it

Usually a stylist dampens my hair before cutting or asks if they can cut it dry. My stylist did not use a comb to separate portions of the hair before cutting, but grabbed it bare handed in haphazard clumps. It turned out 'ok' but definitely was not a precision cut that I'm used to. The stylists need more training I think.

Went in for a haircut. After i paid and was walking towards the door, my sugar started crashing. I'm a diabetic. One of the stylist went to the back and brought me some pop tarts. A customer went to dollar tree and bought me a soda. These two ppl really stepped up and helped a total stranger out. It's good to know that there are still good ppl in the world.
