I love that it is an intense workout that can be completed in 30 minutes. I always leave feeling great. Each day there is a different workout and there is always a trainer available to guide you on each round. All muscle groups are challenged and there is a CHOW (challenge of the week) at a different round each week. I have never looked forward to a workout like I do at 9Round. I also love the heart rate monitors so I can see how many calories I am burning and how active my heart is during my exercise. Even before I became a trainer, 9Round was an everyday part of my life! It helped send me on my trajectory to becoming the athlete I am today! I love the workout changing everyday, the community of people around me and the upbeat atmosphere!
I love 9Round! I have never had a workout experience I enjoyed so much AND was excited for the next workout too. It is perfect for those who have trouble with motivation because the trainer is right there keeping you pumped. They jump in to show you ways to modify (more intense or less intense if needed) and they let you know if you aren't giving it your best by encouraging you to do more. I love that we all have heart monitors so it is easy to see how my body is handling the intensity and I can see calorie burn as well so I adjust my workout as needed.
