I am absolutely disgusted with this funeral home. If it were possible to give zero stars I would. My dear friend, April, passed away and her services were scheduled by Mr. Gerts for Friday, April 8th. After inconveniencing my coworker to switch my schedule, Mr. Gerts changed to date to the 7th due to his scheduling mistake. Now, I cannot not attend and say goodbye to a very special person properly. I am not the only person that this happened to. There are no words for the devastation I feel.
