They’ve been courteous, attentive to our disabled/chronically ill dog, and are always extremely timely about appointments which helps keep grooming as non-traumatizing as possible for two animals who were rescued from a terrible place and find being separated from their humans to be anxiety inducing.

They’ve also worked with us, using our own shampoo as the humans in our household have allergies and sensitivities that limit what products can be used.

I’m also very appreciative for their respect and kindness towards my mother, who is an elder and disabled and who must continue masking and other Covid precautions due to her health and that of others in our household.
