I would highly recommend Todd. I own a sewer construction business but was too busy to do the work. I saw some of his previous work and was impressed so I hired him. He did a great job and since I often change my mind and know that change orders can cost a customer high dollars I asked him to work time and materials. That worked out great because the first day he found that I wasn't such a good home construction contractor as I built the previous addition myself. What I had built had rotted out.
