“A couple of weeks ago, I called to book an appointment for my mom. She had never had a massage or scalp massage before and was extremely nervous and uncomfortable with the whole idea.
Anna was amazing from the very beginning. She worked with me through multiple phone calls to find an appointment that fit my mom's schedule and patiently answered all of my questions.
Today, both Anna and Krystle took such great care of her. They made her feel comfortable every step of the way, which finally allowed her to relax and actually enjoy the experience. I haven't heard her sound that relaxed in years.
The biggest surprise? She even said she'd be okay with going back! So even if I'm the one who has to schedule her next appointment, she'll definitely be returning. ❤
