I went online and asked for them to contact me regarding some damage to my house that I wanted to get an estimate from them for repairs so I could send it to my insurance company. A few days later, I called to follow up because I had never gotten any response from them. I was greeted with a very unprofessional greeting on the answering service. I hung up and dialed again to be sure I had the right number. I got the sa.e greeting, so I left a message asking for a call back. I am still waiting 5 days later.
