We have a twenty year old electric furnace that quit last winter. I called to schedule a tech visit to see if it could be fixed. They worked in the appointment that was convenient to my schedule. The tech, Mike, arrived when they said he would. He was courteous, friendly and fixed the part so quick we were warm and toasty in no time.
