“I noticed water spots on the kitchen ceiling below my guest bathroom. I brought in a roofer and two plumbers to find the source of the leak and none could find it. Exasperated, I then contacted HTH. Andrew Brown came and deduced the source of the leak was a cracked drain line from the bathroom. I figured it was more satisfying to redo the outdated bathroom to test his hypothesis than to take down the kitchen ceiling and retexture and paint it. His hypothesis was right.

Andrew came up with a budget and a conceptual design for the guest bathroom. He took us to the tile and countertop vendors he used, but was also open to getting the tile, vanity and countertops from other sources if I wanted. After finishes were selected (tile, tub and countertops from Andrew's established vendors and a vanity from a vendor I had worked with in the past) Andrew provided a timeline for the project.

After the remodel was started, Andrew was extremely good with communication. Whether it was a delay from a vendor, a shift in timeline sequencing, or an unanticipated problem, there was always communication initiated by Andrew. Other than complex plumbing, Andrew's crew handles everything so he is able to coordinate internally rather than have to deal with subcontractors. His workers are easy to interact with and treated our house as if it was their own. Andrew was not a quote and disappear guy. He would pop in to check on the project and weigh in on problem solving.

I cannot recommend Andrew and HTH more highly. Any future remodeling projects will start, and most probably end, with them.“
