Walked in with only about 15 min before closing and the young lady working was quick to help me get in and out, while still being respectful, informative and patient. She guided me through having another company fax over my eye prescription. Then kindly showed me the glasses that qualified under my work voucher, for safety glasses. I will definitely return!
I have been coming to the office since I was about 8 or 9 years old I’m now 27 and all of my kids see doc Barnes he is a wonderful doc who genuinely seems to care and is always quick to help find a frame to fit exactly what ur looking for . I personally am very very picky it’s hard for me to choose a frame becuz there’s so many factors I base my decision off of is it too thick plastic or metal big or small is the color right and as soon as I’m ready to give up doc Charley pops out of know where with just the right ones thanks for always giving us a
family friendly experience !!!
I would 10 out of 10 recommend this office to all of my friends and family. I got pecked in the eye by a chicken on Saturday and they were able to squeeze me in last minute. They treated me with respect, and genuinely cared about my situation. The doctor ensured I fully understood my diagnoses and treatment and reason behind the treatment. This is my very first time to the office and they treated me as though I had been going to their office for years and years. They made it an extremely comfortable and smooth process.
