I have been coming to the office since I was about 8 or 9 years old I’m now 27 and all of my kids see doc Barnes he is a wonderful doc who genuinely seems to care and is always quick to help find a frame to fit exactly what ur looking for . I personally am very very picky it’s hard for me to choose a frame becuz there’s so many factors I base my decision off of is it too thick plastic or metal big or small is the color right and as soon as I’m ready to give up doc Charley pops out of know where with just the right ones thanks for always giving us a
family friendly experience !!!

I would 10 out of 10 recommend this office to all of my friends and family. I got pecked in the eye by a chicken on Saturday and they were able to squeeze me in last minute. They treated me with respect, and genuinely cared about my situation. The doctor ensured I fully understood my diagnoses and treatment and reason behind the treatment. This is my very first time to the office and they treated me as though I had been going to their office for years and years. They made it an extremely comfortable and smooth process.

Wonderful experience! I had a few issues with Tavel and Midwest eye consultants in Columbus not wanting to verify my insurance or claiming I didnt have insurance so I called Monroe optical and they were just amazing. The office girl made sure to verify everything with my insurance before I drove in for my appointment to make sure the process would go as smooth as possible.The eye exam was fast and accurate the eye doctor was very friendly and picking out my glasses was fast and also easy as they had hundreds of styles to choose from and the girls and gentleman that make the lenses were awesome.
