Excellent team & environment. I walked in extremely nervous but they’re so laid back and down to earth, my nerves were instantly gone. I highly recommend joining this gym family!

I have nothing but great things to say about Max Performance Gym! Sammy and Mike are amazing, and personable and friendly everytime I see them. I have been doing personal training with Sammy and he goes above and beyond with nutrition guidance, weekly check in's, and keeping me accountable (while also being patient with me!). Plenty of machines and weights and the vibe that makes you want to keep coming back!! Keep doing what your doing guys. So happy you all are in Franklin! ?

Mike and Sammie are great people. I tried the group class for the first time today and it was a really good experience. I look forward to more classes and working with them on my goals.
