I am a new customer of Marshall Mechanical. Andrew was the service tech who examined and cleaned my 20-year-old American Standard air conditioner. He found a burned wire connecting the capacitor and confirmed the damage by showing me a photo. Fortunately all parts were on his truck and the repair was done quickly at a very reasonable price. He could have easily tried to up-sell me a new A/C, but instead he said there was no reason to replace it. So his honesty and efficiency are why I give Marshall Mechanical 5 solid stars. I highly recommend them!
Andras and john... showed up on time and professionally tackled their job they were assigned at my hotel. Everything top quality as usual but today these gentlemen went above and beyond with out hesitatiin even though the additional problems were associated directly with high voltage. They were knowledgeable and prepared for this unexpected pain in the @$$ . Many thanks guys! I'll let Eric know yall need a pat on the back.
