With lots of flooring options, Jeremy was great in helping is narrow down our choices to get exactly what we wanted. The installation process was smooth, punctual and professional. When we experienced an unexpected issue in our house, Floortech was reassuring and flexible to work with OUR schedule; even when the project was delayed several months.

This is the second time we have had Jeremy and Floortech do work at our house. After our first experience, there wasn't even a discussion about who would handle our basement re-carpeting project. It was Floortech, or nobody. Our second experience was just as awesome as the first. Jeremy makes the measuring and estimate process as easy as possible, and his crews are polite, on time, and do an awesome job. A rarity these days it seems. Floortech will continue to be our first and only choice any time we have a flooring project at the house.

Jeremy was incredible to work with. I would give 5 stars on customer service alone, but that would be a disservice to the product installed as well. We are incredibly happy with our new flooring and carpet. Would give 6 stars if possible.
