I called Them and left a message on a Sunday morning and he called me back within the hour and assessed the situation over the phone after I took pictures and texted them to him. He also offered to come to the house that day to look at the issue. After he determined that we needed a new water heater, we got it delivered that afternoon and he was able to put it in first thing Monday morning. There’s a little break in the cost if you buy the heater yourself and just pay them to install it (depending upon the cost of the water heater) or there’s an option for them to do it all. I called this morning. I own a nail shop. They just gave me free advice. I had the equipment that was necessary to clean the inside of my pipes. Absolutely 10 out of 10 would recommend they did not charge me anything.
