Max arrived a few minutes early as he had completed his previous job early. He was polite and professional. Prior to leaving he asked if I had any questions and assured me that if we had any problems between now and our next appointment just give Dugan Air a call.Service: HVAC system maintenance
Having to buy a new furnace and the subsequent installation upheaval can be overwhelming for anyone, let alone my 91 year old mother. Thankfully, everyone at Dugan understood this and went above and beyond! From Jeremy giving multiple options and quotes (and graciously answering all of MY questions), to Alex and Ezra's flawless installation, professionalism and kindness. We couldn't be happier with Dugan Air Heating & Cooling! I just wish *I* lived closer so they could install my new furnace when the time comes!Kudos! They really do treat you like family!
