These guys are the real deal. Communication, responsiveness, detail, it's all been fantastic. Plus they just all seem like a bunch of great people. (Install, service, and the office team) Im very happy I went with Dugan air. My experience has been far and beyond the standard.
Had our yearly checkup on heating system and Mark did a great job. Had some issues because our unit is 20 years old so getting close to needing to replace and he gave us some options. Will be checking into what we need to do now. Thanks, great communication with this company.
Woke to no heat… they showed up on time and also sent a picture of the The service employee who would be coming to the door. They explained everything very well. They took pictures and then reviewed them with me on their iPad to show me exactly what was done. Gave me options for future price was reasonable very very professional would highly recommend.
