I had some concerns about a spot and Randall Dermatology got me in in a months time vs. the year long wait for other dermatologists. I was scheduled with Brad at the Frankfort location and was very happy with my visit. From getting checked in and being brought back to a room everyone was so friendly. Brad didn’t make me feel less than for waiting to get the spot checked and he didn’t make me embarrassed about being so worried over what others would think is nothing. He gave great advice and overall I could not have been happier with my experience.
First time ever going to a dermatologist. Referred by a friend. I was concerned about a spot I had for over a year and it was really small so I felt a little dumb going in for that and even mentioned how I felt at my appointment and the staff were great and very reassuring. They didn’t make me feel dumb for coming for such a small thing and actually addressed other concerns I had as well. The staff were very professional and super friendly. I saw Velickoff and she was so nice! 10/10 recommend to anyone!
