“I was having issues with my backup sump pump system. The control panel indicated a fuse issue but after replacing fuses the backup pump still refused to run. Christian and I discussed it on the phone and he also contacted the manufacturer. It was either the backup pump itself was cooked or the backup battery was at the end of life. He ordered replacements for both and arrived the following week to perform the replacement. After initially replacing the battery he found the original backup pump would still not operate so replaced that as well. Now everything is working perfectly. I'm relieved to have the system working properly again. Christian communicated every step of the way, keeping me informed both of the possible reasons for failure, appropriate maintenance steps, costs, timing, and expectations. I really appreciated his help and would rely on Central Indiana Plumbing for any future needs.“
