I arrived on time and only then found out I needed to be there 15 minutes early. That’s the negative. Everyone was friendly. Emily Walsh made me feel so comfortable I asked that I continue to see her though she was only there that day to onboard me.
Dr Diamond is a kind, caring and thoroughly professional Doctor who makes a patient feel at ease and really listens. I have confidence in his knowledge and skills. His nurse is a professional who is personable and highly skilled. All the above is important to me as a recent widow and senior. I would give them a 10/10.
