Ron Hobbs and son Justin came to clean carpets in two fairly large bedrooms, the living room, dining room, sun room and stairs—fabulous job everywhere! They were here as agreed at 10 AM and were finished by noon. Ron gave me valuable information on spot cleaning the wool rugs in dining and sun rooms which is much appreciated. Both men were very professional, knowledgeable efficient, and friendly. We will definitely have them as our go-to carpet (and furniture) cleaners in the future. Huge thank you to both!

I used Prestigious Carpet Care for the first time on June 6, 2023 to clean 2 year-old carpeting in three rooms and to remove some pet stains from one room. The initial cleaning went well. Arrived on time and efficiently cleaned all carpet. After a few hours of dry time the pet stains reappeared. I called to let them know and the cleaning team arrived back on June 8 to redo the pet stains. They used a different technique and the stains are gone. The owner guarantees their work, and I really appreciate the fact that they came out a second time free of charge to readdress the pet stains.
