I used Prestigious Carpet Care for the first time on June 6, 2023 to clean 2 year-old carpeting in three rooms and to remove some pet stains from one room. The initial cleaning went well. Arrived on time and efficiently cleaned all carpet. After a few hours of dry time the pet stains reappeared. I called to let them know and the cleaning team arrived back on June 8 to redo the pet stains. They used a different technique and the stains are gone. The owner guarantees their work, and I really appreciate the fact that they came out a second time free of charge to readdress the pet stains. The customer service we experienced was impeccable. Multiple visits to ensure the job was done the right way. I would highly recommend this locally owned company.
