“I had an issue with replacing my Rinnai tankless water heater and gave Sam a call. He had me send him a photo, and walked me through how to uninstall the old unit over the phone. He didn’t have to do this but took the time…and I was able to get the old unit out on my own. It says a lot about someone’s integrity when they’re giving advice without a charge. If I have any future issues I’ll be using May Plumbing! Forget the big guys, they can’t touch the personal service that Sam and May Plumbing provided.“

“I had my upstairs bathrooms back up. I made a call for an emergency drain clearing and Sean Kelso arrived in about 30min. He did a great job getting things draining again and was super friendly. Five stars. A couple days later, and things were backing up again. So I made another emergency call and received a text with a time window of 7am-10pm. No one ever showed up. This was on Saturday, and we had other working restrooms. So I decided to wait until Monday and talk to a manager. Monday I called and they apologized a lot. Then they sent out Johnathon Roberts, who also did a good job opening the drain. However we were both suspicious so a camera inspection was scheduled. The next day a supervisor named Warren Raye came out with Johnathon and performed a camera inspection. We found a blockage in the main line, but it was covered with toilet paper so we could not see what the cause was. I did not have an external clean out, and the clog was pretty close to the house. So we decided to install a proper clean out there. The next day a crew was on site, installed the clean out (which removed the clog) and I was back up and running that day. I would recommend this business. Note: -But I would also be sure they are coming if you call for weekend service. (Not sure what happened, but I did have to wait the weekend for return emergency service. Maybe they knew I had another functioning bathroom on the other end of the house, but still.) - $2k for a drain clean out install matches the national average, so decent value. But... Be ready for sales. This is unfortunately part of the experience.“
“Who you gonna call? Contrex Construction that's who! Once again another outstanding job! When I need a project done without worry or hassle Valentin is my guy. Needing a front room floor laid I gave him a call. Valentin came out the next day to give me a (free) estimate. We agreed on a price( which was very competitive) and set a time for next week. On the day of installation I needed to run a few errands. Leaving Valentin to his work I took off. Coming back in a few hours he was well on his way to being finished. The floor was gorgeous as I knew it would be. I have complete confidence in Valentin. His work is always exemplary. He works hard and as a result his projects show it. I look at my floor everyday admiring a job well done. There are all kinds of (handymen) you can hire out there. I'm sure some are very good. Valentin is just on a whole other level. When you are ready for your next project give him a call. You will be glad you did!“

“Tim & Zack came to our house to fix a gas leak at the pipes leading to the water heater. To our surprise, they took the whole contraption down to re-apply new paste on all the pipes leading to the water heater. The price was the service fee plus the one part that was damage. Their prices are fair and far from other places that charges $400 just to tighten up the pipes.We are grateful to Tim for coming a second time right away to double check that there was not a single particle of gas in the air due to some concerns we had "Not related to Tim and Zack's work" after a few hours.
