We bought a lennar home in Pendleton... What you should know before buying:

Well, the pros-the homes are beautiful. If you are within warranties they will fix them quickly. Except EVERYTHING falls apart outside of that period.

For us (and apparently others in our neighborhood) it's plumbing. Our dishwasher died just outside of the warranty period. Our gas fireplace also died a month out of it, however, had they gone over the operation of it, we would have known it was faulty at install. The realtor who works her and who likes to park on the road where it's a dead end, just called my husband rude and snotty for asking her to park at their parking right next to her model home. It just snowed, my husband shoveled that small section for my MIL to park and for us to back out of our driveway without hitting anything. He told her she has a whole parking lot to park. Which is an obvious statement. At most I've ever seen 2 customer's car parked at their lot. There's maybe 8 spaces for them to park. My dead end fits the length of one car and then there's my driveway. Why is it that hard for her to park in their parking lot? I need room to back up out of my driveway....read full review
