Three years post-project Josh came out to look at something we were concerned about, and instead of pushing us off, he totally acknowledged the problem, took steps to resolve it, and never tried to duck out of responsibility or make us feel bad for asking about it. Absolutely incredible in this day and age to have that kind of integrity dealing with customers after the project is long done and paid for.
