Great staff always and so sorry for the horrible man screaming at you guys because stuff went down. You guys are great and unfortunately people suck when it comes to understanding and compassion.

Finally a better car wash than mikes car wash . Great customer service with free vacuum cleaners. The prices are very reasonable and did not have my car washed again. I was so excited like a kid in a candy store. Very clean place. Love how my car looks like clean and new and you get a complimentary air freshener. I will be a regular customer. Someone asked me if I just got my car I said no I just came from a car wash.

This was my first visit to the Tube. I didn't explore the options. I just went with a basic $9 wash. The process was easy...pull up, answer the questions on the screen, insert car and wait for the gate to go up. All pretty intuitive.I was impressed with the newness of the facility and the technology. Everything was pretty easy and comfortable.The ultimate question is...how was the wash? I took my black convertible sports car through the wash. This is a difficult wash considering it's black and shows dirt...and water spots still out like a sore thumb.
