I live in Westfield Springs. The house is 3 to 4 years old. I have had a piece of metal blow off the House and want to get it repaired. I called the builder to see if I could have someone come by to take care of it. I was told house was not in warrantee and they have switches subs several times and the current contractor they have doesn't show up for their own jobs. So no help. I contacted another contractor to fix. He looked at the piece to fix. 2 nail in a 10 foot section were used to install. This contractor said the installation was substandard and noticed many other piece of metal were the same. You would think spending 300+k on a house the... read full review

I just came to be upfront since they won’t be in regards to the application process. If you’ve filed bankruptcy or have a credit score below a 600, don’t waste your time. They’ll tell you that everything is fine & the only thing that they look at is income & criminal background. Townhomes are very nice though but according to reviews we probably dodged a bullet anyway.
