Dropped off a wool cape I had inherited from a smoker's home. They said it would take a week to clean it. They texted me the next day saying it was ready. Paid $30 at pickup and they said nothing about having issues with it. Thus, I was surprised when I got it home and it still smelled heavily of smoke and still looked stained. I decided to risk hand washing it myself. The water immediately turned brown without any cleaning agent so I really don't know what they did with it. Regardless there wasn't any sort of quality control so I don't think I'll be trusting any more of my clothes to them.

Found out I was traveling for work at the last minute, I called up Nu-Yale and they were able to get 6 items dry cleaned and returned the next day!!! Exactly what I needed!!! Excellent job!!!!!

Excellent service from start to finish. Fast, friendly, affordable. I had a suit and dress shirt dry cleaned and it was dropped off Monday and ready for pickup by Wednesday. I will be going back!
