I have had multiple issues with my dentures. I went to Dr. Young today because I needed new rings for the lower denture implants and my uppers dentures haven’t fit right since I got them over a year ago (from another dentist whom I wont even mention). Upon arriving at Landmark Dental Care I was warmly greeted (filled out 3 page questionaire) and was quickly taken into an exam room where I met Sherri. Sherri was very friendly and welcoming! She listened to my concerns, looked at my dentures and let Dr Young know what I needed. I’ve been coming to Landmark for many years. Currently on my third dentist. While I really like all three that I’ve seen, it’s my hygienist and front office staff who keep me coming back. Beside being friendly and welcoming, they dig deep to see if my dental insurance covers any extra dental work I may need. I’ve never had a bad experience.
I had a dental emergency where I needed a tooth extracted, all of the oral surgeons were book up. I called Landmark to see if they did emergency extractions and I had also never been there before. They got me right in same day and was able to get me taken care of plus some! Dr. Young and the staff were great! I highly recommend! I may consider switching to them as my regular dentist.
