I have had multiple issues with my dentures. I went to Dr. Young today because I needed new rings for the lower denture implants and my uppers dentures haven’t fit right since I got them over a year ago (from another dentist whom I wont even mention). Upon arriving at Landmark Dental Care I was warmly greeted (filled out 3 page questionaire) and was quickly taken into an exam room where I met Sherri. Sherri was very friendly and welcoming! She listened to my concerns, looked at my dentures and let Dr Young know what I needed. Dr Young came in and saw the issue with my upper dentures (were made wrong) and the problem with my lower dentures (ring was stuck in one of the implants) and quickly got to work getting it out. Dr Young kept me informed at all times as to what steps he was taking and was very professional, and friendly during my entire visit. Dr Young let me know that they could do a hard relign and that they would send them out to the lab and have them back in under 5 hours!! That’s phenomenal!! Sure enough 5 hours later I come back, the uppers are religned, no adjustments needed, (kuddo’s to the lab!!) and Im back on my way. I just want to say how wonderful the entire team at Landmark Dental Care was. Thank you Dr. Young and Sherri!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Landmark Dental Care!!
Great staff and Dr. Young is great. I hadn't been to the dentist in years. Everyone was extremely nice and made me feel very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
