I hate leaving bad reviews and make all attempts to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately, Azure Skin & Wellness Center has not left me many options. My family gave me a gift card to the center so I went through their website on Friday to request an appointment as the website directs. Once you have requested an appointment, their website tells you someone will be in contact with you to confirm. After not hearing from anyone by end of day Monday (they appear to be closed on the weekend), I called the office and left a voicemail asking for a return call. I called several months ago trying to schedule a procedure. I was told they would call me back after they spoke with the practitioner to find when they we're available. I called twice and texted once. They never got back with me. I went elsewhere. Maybe they are out of business?

I can't comment on the quality of Azure's professional services (surely they are good) because I never made it through the door. Their customer services is terrible. I called them more than two weeks prior to a $75 gift certificate expiration. They had NO open appointments prior to the expiry date. They refused to honor the gift certificate after that date, even though they were completely booked. The manager I talked to was rude and inflexible. Needless to say, I cannot recommend this business.
