First of all, WOW! I called and got same day service when our AC stopped working. Kevin showed up in 30minutes and had my unit working within a hour! He was so kind and took the time to discuss everything with me as he was working on my unit. He even washed our unit at the end! A truly amazing experience and they now have a customer for life!
Thank you Book Heating and Cooling. Our furnace wasn’t working properly and with 1 call they were here 30 minutes later and fixed the problem immediately. Great company would recommend to anybody.
Our furnace just wasn't warming, so I called and Book Heating and Cooling installed our furnace 9 years ago. Kevin arrived promptly and set about troubleshooting our problems, of which there were multiple. He methodically and efficiently chased down every cause of the problems! Lesson learned, annual maintenance is vital. Set a reminder in the Spring and Fall, to have the furnace and AC serviced!!!! So thankful for such a professional. We're warm and cozy tonight!
