Gwen was terrific, and did a glorious job on my daughter-in-law's highlights. She is very shy and anxious, but Gwen put her right at ease, and she was absolutely thrilled with the results.
From the start I was able to make an appointment easily, and Gwen reached out for a bit more information and I was able to send some inspo photos to make sure we had the right time slot. Gwen made conversation flow and not once was did I feel awkward trying to make small talk. There were a couple spots I asked her to touch up and without hesitation (or attitude for speaking up) she worked her magic and did a little more color correction and now I'm on the road to getting back light! We ran a little over on time but she made sure I was satisfied before I left. I'll be back for my next session!
