Had an oil change here a few weeks ago. I detected a slow oil leak afterwards. I was able to bring my car in and have them look at it. They saw the leak, re-did the oil change and replaced the drain plug to fix the issue. They did this at no charge. They were professional, understanding, and fixed the issue. I don’t expect things to always be perfect after service on a vehicle, but it sure is nice that when a problem arises, VALVOLINE stepped up and corrected the issue. This is why I will keep going back and recommend them to others for their service needs.
