Bryce B and Rachel did an excellent job installing my new AC. Bryce explained what they were going to do, and then they efficiently went about getting the job done. They were both very friendly and answered my questions. They cleaned up and were very agreeable to work around other group of workers that were at my home that day. I am very pleased with their work. Been using Star for our HVAC system for awhile now. I guess they recently branched out into plumbing, so we had them come out to give a quote on a new water softener. Andrew did a thorough inspection and great installation after giving a very reasonable price. He even came back out the next week and fixed a small leak that had developed under our kitchen sink for free. Really appreciate their service and highly recommend Star.
