Ruff-n-Roll is truly the best. From the moment we began visiting, it was clear that this team treats every dog like family. Our sweet Frankie always looked adorable after his appointments, but what we loved most was how excited he was to go. He could hardly wait to see his Mallory. She groomed him every time, treating him with such tenderness and joy. You could tell she loved him, and he adored her just as much. When we lost Frankie, the Ruff-n-Roll team sent a beautiful handwritten card filled with personal messages about how much they loved him and how special he was to them. It was a truly touching final act of love, something our family will never forget. We are forever grateful for Mallory and the entire Ruff-n-Roll family. They made Frankie feel safe, happy, and loved. If you’re looking for a groomer who truly cares, this is the place.
We used to go to a different groomer but tried Ruff and Roll a few months ago and found we LOVED the cut way better and only go there now. The groomers are super talented and kind, especially Randall's favorite Mallory! The customer service is next level. Even when Randall came home longer than what he normally gets and I contacted them, the owner reached back out me within a few hours ON THE WEEKEND! She offered to have him come in for a redo. Mallory not only fit him in the next day but she did an AMAZING job and refused any payment or tip despite me trying. The owner said thank you to US for giving them the opportunity to make it right and Mallory is so personable and talented. Thank you Ruff N Roll
We took our new rescued dog to ruff-n-roll and they did such an amazing job with him. He looked absolutely fantastic when he left - but more than that - he came home so happy. I was unsure as to how he would be since he is a rescue and his temperament is still and unknown, but they made the experience amazing for Mushu!
