Dr, Bickel and her staff are outstanding, I drive from out of state to see her and would not trust anyone else with my families eye care. They are always friendly, kind, and more than willing to help with whatever concern arises. Her assistant Tori goes out of her way to make both of my boys feel comfortable. Dr. Bickel is very knowledgable and has caught issues that other doctors have missed. The office staff is always well prepared and makes check in/out very easy and they go out of their way to answer any questions we have regarding insurance or ordering contacts or glasses. I had my new glasses prepared and done within a timely matter, the staff are always a pleasure to be around and they do their best to help however they can with insurances and offers they have in store.

I had an excellent experience at MyEyeDr. From start to finish, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The gentleman who greeted me made me feel welcome right away. The entire process was seamless. I highly recommend this office!
Summary of Visit:
The appointment took 30–45 minutes. The front desk staff checks you in, reviews your paperwork, and then you’ll complete the exam.
