She was very kind, informative, and walked me through the entire purchase process. If I ever needed anything or had questions, she made sure I had her personal number. I was very shocked and excited to see her on installation day as well! I know I would have this one on one care with anyone else. She never made me feel like just a sale. LEI did an excellent job with our windows! We have so many that we did them in sections and both instances we had great service and we love our windows. We immediately felt a difference and know that we will save lots of money on utilities over time. We researched many companies and found that many had sneaky exceptions to their warranties but not LEI! We would choose them again in a heartbeat!Service: Window installation
