I've been going to Integrative Massage Therapy for several years for neck pain and a few sports injuries, and Audrey is simply the best! Every session is customized to what my body needs that day and the results last well beyond the appointment, unlike other massages that just feel good in the moment. She uses a variety of techniques and is constantly investing in her craft through new trainings, certifications, and equipment. Anyone who visits can tell this is more than just Audrey's profession, it's her life's passion and calling, and it absolutely shows in the results. Audrey is by far the BEST massage therapist I have ever been to! She is so knowledgeable about so many techniques that I have never had the same massage twice! I always leave feeling so much better! She is in high demand, so book early! Bonus... she is a lovely person and I've enjoyed getting to know her through her business.
I highly recommend Integrative Massage Therapy. I booked a RelaxationMassage with Audrey. Not only was it the most relaxing massage I have ever had; but it was very thorough and therapeutic. Before she got started, Audrey took the time to listen to me about my specific needs and incorporated techniques in the relaxation massage to address those needs. Most massage therapist just go through the motions, but Audrey customized the massage to my needs. I felt amazing afterward! Her knowledge and compassion is like no other massage therapist that I have seen.
