HomeSense delivered an excellent experience from start to finish. The technician who came out was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly knew his craft. He was also genuinely friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. It’s rare to find service that feels both professional and personable, but HomeSense absolutely nailed it. I walked away feeling confident in the work that was done and fully informed about my system. Highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable heating and cooling service.
Homesense is the best! I have many rentals in Indianapolis and they are my “go to”—always less expensive and quick to get to the job especially in emergencies. Many times other heating companies have given me bad news and high prices but Homesense has often found the real solution and many times it’s been something much simpler. They could’ve taken advantage but they never do. I would not hesitate to recommend Homesense and will continue to use them as my heating and cooling specialists.
