Hinckley Springs, now a part of Primo Water, is an iconic water brand since 1888. The company offers a multitude of drinking water options, including Spring, Fluoridated, Distilled and Purified. Hinckley Springs bottled water delivery service brings home the products customers love, like great-tasting water with the selection of 3- or 5-gallon bottles and case water. The company offers home and office deliveries as well as water purification services and retail options through refill and exchange. Customers have been very satisfied with Hinckley Springs' service and the full-time drivers. The drivers are reliable, putting the water on the porch as requested, and promptly replacing any malfunctioning units. Customers appreciate the fresh, hot, and cold water always available, which makes life easier, especially for seniors. The company's representatives are easily accessible, and deliveries are always on time. Customers recommend Hinckley Springs' service for those who want to avoid individual bottles and do their part for the environment.
The Primo merger has been extremely unfortunate. The service we received beforehand was great - high quality water, very personable delivery person, effective communication.
Since Primo took over, we haven’t had a delivery in 6 weeks, customer service seems non-existent - even when calling the number provided on their site, they have “no record” of our account number - and we are being charged a rental fee for equipment we’re unable to use without the water or return.
Very disappointing.
Avoid this company at all costs. On Tuesday, May 20, a Hinckley Springs driver came to my home, picked up four empty bottles, and left nothing in return. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I’ve had no success. Hinckley Springs was apparently bought by Primo Water—whose service is anything but “Primo.”
I’ve been trying to cancel my account, but they don’t allow cancellations online. When you call, you’re met with a message: “Due to our recent merger, we are experiencing longer than average wait times.” Translation: they’ll put you on hold for over an hour, then hang up on you.

I wish I could give ZERO stars! They refuse to pick up empty bottles that I was charged $40 deposit on. When I called to cancel service in June - they said call back when your water is empty. I have been trying since June to have them pick up 5 empty bottles and 1 cooler. THEY REFUSE!!!!! They did, however, send my account to collections. They are SHADY! They are basically stealing from you. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE WATER DELIVERY SERVICE!!!!!!! 100% SCAM!!!!!
